[Food Review] Food Tasting at Enbu – Eat at Seven Restaurant, Suntec City – Soft Launching Party



Japanese food has been my favourite food. And i was so happy when my food blogger friend Hazel (hazeldiary) invited me to food tasting of soft-launch Japanese restaurant at Suntec City. The food was superb and premium.. Love those fresh sashimi. 🙂

Smoked Salmon with Homemade Cheese Tofu
The tofu is very soft and melted on mouth and the smoked salmon is very fresh.

Deep Fried Tofu with Uni Sauce
Love this crispy and yet super soft inside homemade tofu. Uni sauce is simply so yummy.

Sashimi (4 portion serving)
This fresh sashimi is one of my favourite, those sashimi were very fresh and so succulent. They were just reached Singapore (direct from Japan!) earlier in morning before this food tasting. Omg, no wonder.. Yum!

Taco Salad
It’s fusion salad, japanese with mexican taste. The way their serve is interesting, they will pour the salad ingedients from the jar to the crispy skin. And pour the homemade minced pork meat and topped cheese.

One of my favourite too. The uni sauce really sweet and yummy on the fresh oyster.
