Stucked on my regular busy schedule, not only about works.. Currently i commit to do more exercise, more than i’ve done so far. Yoga and swimming more, watch out of my food intake and count my calories every single day… I am not freak about being skinny, but i just need to control myself and i feel good to have more toned body. Well i am still too far than what they said “well maintained” but i am trying to be more healthy and well toned body is a bonus.. 🙂 And i think this year is about the time i am getting more serious into yoga. I got very excited since i joined yoga power class. So many years on and off doing yoga, i think i should stop being lazy.
I’ve started to read again, after soooooo many years never read books.. I just feel that i need to fill ‘blank space’ on my head, LOL! I need some quality reading..
Paulo Coelho books are really addictive.. I can’t stop read it.. So many nice positive/ motivational quotes inside which applied to my own life and perhaps encourage me more to achieve more dreams..
And last one, i think i should change my OOTD background, too boring with landscape/garden background. Should think about something more simple and plain.. Oh well.. I think i should lift my butt off from this lazy chair and do my ootd shots..
