Peplum Blouse x Pencil Skirt

O

So far i always refrain from wearing dress/skirt when it comes to bodycon (body hugging), especially for those dress/skirt very fit on my hips.. Lack of confident due to big hips lol.. ;P
And yes the smallest part on my body is the waist.. My waist is 12″ and hips is 17″ a very distinct measurement gap.. So end up always i give up on the pencil skirt..

One day, i read an article for the body type like mine, pencil skirt and high waist skirt is a must.. Then i give a second chance to pencil skirt, i give it try again.. Hmm but i can say it depending on the type of pencil skirt.. I prefer sheer bottom pencil skirt, i feel more flattering this way.

At first i also found peplum top is a bit too much on my upper body part bcoz actually i always avoid ruffles detail. But i found that this peplum top really match with pencil skirt, it does accentuate to my waist and create more proportional figure..
Found this peplum top from frontrowshop, simply love the intricate embroidery detail.. Very chic and feminine.

Complete this formal look (also can be office attire) with chic clutch and simple accessories. Nude heels no need to introduce further how gorgeous they are, they simply elongate the legs.. My another weakness.. 😀
