Sunday Brunch at Bistro Soori and Afternoon Promenade Walk at Boat Quay and Clarke Quay

Yesterday we had a very nice brunch at Bistro Soori and had a chance to walk around Boat Quay and Clarke Quay. Thanks God for a sunny day and save us from rain.. 🙂

We had a set brunch at Bistro Soori and all the dishes are superb.. Anyway it’s our first time coming to Bistro Soori on Sunday brunch and the menu is totally different than dinner and lunch.. But we really like it.. ;P

My hubby had Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese Sandwich for the starter..

I had Warm Spinach Salad, Portobello, Breaded Mozzarella, Semi Dried Tomato, Balsamic for my starter, it was super yummi and very light salad dressing.. 🙂

Hubby’s main course: Cured Salmon, Cream Cheese, Red Onion, Grated Eggs, Fried Capers, Latke..

I had my main course: Spicy Pork Sausage, Bacon, Cherry Tomato, Mushroom, Greens, Toast, Eggs Any Style
The sausage was really good and i choose poached egg as companion.. The bacon was very crispy.. Thumbs up for this dishes!

Hubby’s dessert: French Toast, Coconut Cream, Caramelized Pineapple, Pink Peppercorn Maple Syrup
I only tried the coconut cream with caramelized pineapple, i think it tastes really match, sour pineapple mixed well with light sweet but rich coconut cream, yumm… ;P

My own dessert, this been my favourite dessert so far at Bistro Soori.. It’s Caramelized Banana Puff, Rum Syrup, Vanilla Ice Cream.. Taste really good.. I love the Vanilla ice cream with honey crumb..

And my OOTD detail, i was wearing something simple and comfortable, got this playsuit from smooch the label.. It’s very comfy to wear and i really love the oriental pattern and the statement colour on the belt.. Paired it with my mango wedges and my cute Furla handbag for casual look in the sunny day.. And of course with accessories.. I feel naked when i am not wearing any accessories.. LOL!!! 🙂
